Claim To Fame:
· Managed the third largest HVA portfolio in the federal government which enables USDA to prioritize risk reduction resources to maximize the impact (Return on Risk Investment) · Coordinated assessments to ensure the entire portfolio received regular risk identification efforts; USDA's HVA portfolio was complete ahead of schedule. · USDA was the _only_ agency mature enough to participate in a pilot to use CDM data to inform HVA risk decisions. · Supported the HVA working groups which produced the Agency HVA PMO workbook and the HVA Data Architecture, and advise the HVA PM on community initiatives necessary to advance the national program and coordinate a whole of government approach to reducing risk. · Critical player in the BOD 18-02 data call tiger team, aligning the annual data call with the needs of both agencies and the national program. · HVA PMO relied on USDA for quite a few exploratory/pilot projects. USDA's organization and program maturity enabled us to quickly complete pilot projects (e.g. develop shared KPI/Metrics, etc.) USDA and HVA PMO had a number of projects queued up waiting for resources.
