Originally from Durham, North Carolina, Victor graduated North Carolina A&T State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering. After college, he lived in many different states including Texas, Iowa, Ohio and California working for fortune 500 companies such as Rockwell Collins, General Motors, JPMorgan Chase and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. Victor is quality assurance and six sigma expert, and has helped innovate and improve many business processes saving millions of dollars by creating more efficient standard operations. Currently, Victor is attending North Carolina Central University(NCCU)pursing his Master of Public Administration in hopes of transitioning into Public Education. Victor's goal is to lead in this space using his ability to positively impact and influence people, bringing skill sets such as six sigma to revolutionize public education, and the policies which impact students of colors. A Doctorate of Educational Leadership is the next challenge after NCCU. Victor is enrolling in his doctorate program in 2014.
