Anitka Grayson is originally from Dayton, OH but now reside in Columbus, OH. She is a graduate of Shaw University in Raleigh, NC in 1996 where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Anitka is very proud of her Alma Mater which is the oldest HBCU in the south which was founded in 1865. Presently, Anitka is a Admissions Representative at Miami Jacobs Career College and also a Division Manager with Park Lane Jewelry. Park Lane Jewelry is the world's leading direct sales party plan company.

Anitka has dedicated her life to enriching lives of at-risk youth with career development and life skills. Anitka is a member of a various community and business organizations. Also, she is a member of Trinity Baptist Church where her pastor Dr. Victor M. Davis is also a Shaw University Alumni. Her favorite quote is "We have a powerful potential in our youth, and we must have the courage to change old ideas and practices so that we may direct their power toward good ends." -Mary McLeod Bethune
