He is the President of Stansbury Solutions, LLC, and has held senior leadership roles at organizations including Macmillan Learning, Johnson & Johnson, PSEG, and Becton Dickinson, where he designed enterprise-wide inclusion strategies and leadership development initiatives with measurable impact.
