Claim To Fame:
My "Claim to Fame" is continuing to set a tone for my your siblings to look up to and surpass. I have younger siblings and being the first to attend college in my immediate family is vital. Its my hope and prayers that others may see my past and my present day as inspiration to keep calm and press on. My "Claim to Fame' is truly understanding that education is my only way out of an oppressed mindset and poverty.
Most Memorable Moment:
“The Wiley College Experience: Life as an Undergrad. “The Purple Heart!”- Chris Brown The professional growth that I experienced plus the opportunity to help be a part of a "community of higher learning” allowed me to play a positive role in creating rewarding academic experiences for many of my fellow classmates and professors. In addition, my time spent at Wiley as a student leader provided me the golden opportunity to directly interface with personnel of all ranks, both internal and external, and students from varied academic backgrounds. I AM #FOREVERAWILDCAT! “Being reared black. Poor. And, from my single mother. Helped me make NO excuses!” I am grateful to have been accepted in spring 2011 to become a bonafide wildcat. Today, I am blessed to be a candidate for commencement this rapidly approaching #May7th2016.
