Claim To Fame:
My “Claim To Fame” in College is : President of Association for Women Students ( Governing the entire female population of Southern University. Hosting many events catered to ladies on my campus.) Representing my university as a Lamar Governors Fellow under former Governor of Louisiana, John Bel Edwards ( Presenting to him Blooming Essentials Comfort Kits, which I created. Catered to women of HBCU in Louisiana to fight against Period Poverty. This project was accepted and paid for in full. He approved 5,000 bags and supplied all the supplies needed to fill each bag. Being an Inaugural President Fellow at my university under the guidance of former University President, Dr. Ray Belton. ( Sitting in on board meetings, pitching ideas, and a scholarship recipient) NAACP Chapter of the year and member of the year. ( I was chosen as a delegate for the 114th NAACP Convention to vote in the elections. I have traveled to Boston, Washington D.C, and many more places to represent my university and chapter of NAACP.
Most Memorable Moment:
I have many memories because I have been in student government while being here in Baton Rouge. Meeting friends and traveling with them. Being introduced to different cultures and traditions. Representing my university in many manners why enjoying the experiences.
