 At RedoxBlox, a renewable energy startup, I served as Chief of Staff and HR Manager, partnering directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and ensure organizational alignment. I managed day-to-day operations, oversaw key performance metrics, and led cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and outcomes.
