Claim To Fame:
My personal claim to fame moment in college is when I join the Woman in pre med organization founded in February 1, 2022. This organization I joined help me connect with other woman who has the same driven goals to be successful in the medical field . This gave me a very supportive community at North Carolina central university with valuable resources to help me thrive in my personal life towards my dreams .
Most Memorable Moment:
One of my most memorable moments at North Carolina Central University has been experiencing the ultimate HBCU homecoming. It’s more than just a week of events it’s a celebration of culture, pride, unity, and tradition that you can only truly understand by being part of it. What stood out most to me was the strong presence and involvement of NCCU alumni. Seeing successful graduates return to campus, not only to celebrate but also to pour back into the community, was incredibly inspiring. Many of them shared their stories, gave career advice, and reminded us that we’re part of a powerful legacy . That homecoming experience showed me that attending an HBCU isn’t just about earning a degree it’s about becoming part of a lifelong family. The traditions, the support, and the sense of belonging I felt during that week reminded me why I chose NCCU, and how proud I am to be part of something bigger than myself.

 Medical Internship I was selected for a paid internship at Novant Health for high school students who want exposure to the medical field. As an intern, I was responsible with observing and shadowing physicians and other hospital works on the daily rounds. I assisted with certain tasks needed for their patients. I was also responsible for answering questions from physicians and patients under their care. I obtained the American Heart Association Heart-saver CPR Certification
