Claim To Fame:

My "Claim to Fame" in college has been my ability to lead, communicate, and leave a lasting impact wherever I serve. As a Communications major at Howard University, I have built a reputation for being approachable, dependable, and committed to uplifting others. Through serving as President of Drew Hall Council, working as a Junior Resident Assistant, and advocating for students through campus organizations, I have sought to create spaces where others feel heard and supported. As I continue my journey as a Howard University Student Ambassador and a member of Anchor Council, I hope to further strengthen my ability to represent my institution and connect with others through storytelling and service. My vibrant personality, passion for communication, and dedication to leadership have become what I am known for among my peers. Coming from Chicago's North Lawndale neighborhood, I have always wanted to show that young Black men are capable of far more than society's expectations. My claim to fame is not a title or an accolade, but my commitment to leading with authenticity, inspiring others, and using my voice to create meaningful change. I hope that long after I graduate, I will be remembered not only for the positions I held, but for the positive impact I made on those around me.

Most Memorable Moment:

One of my most memorable college moments was having the opportunity to host the Mister and Miss Residence Life Pageant at Howard University. As someone who has always been passionate about public speaking and connecting with others, being entrusted with such a significant event was both an honor and a full-circle moment. Standing on stage in front of my peers and helping bring energy, excitement, and professionalism to the program reminded me why I love being in front of an audience. What made the experience especially meaningful was seeing the sense of community and pride that Residence Life fosters. The pageant celebrated leadership, service, and the unique personalities that make Howard so special. Hosting the event allowed me to showcase my communication skills while creating memorable moments for contestants and attendees alike.
