Deborah Jean-Baptiste is a Howard University sophomore studying Business Management with an Entrepreneurship concentration. A Founders Scholar, she built Startup Screener, an AI-powered pitch deck analyzer, during her freshman year and presented it at the Handshake AI National Showcase.

She is the founder of Venture Ready MVP, a B2B AI consulting agency serving small businesses and nonprofits, and co-founder of MaisonFleurant LLC, an e-commerce boutique she launched at age 12.

Through Project Destined and CBRE, she gained hands-on financial modeling experience in commercial real estate. An NABA candidate and Howard Consulting Club member, she chose Howard intentionally to build at the intersection of business, technology, and community.
