How did you figure out what you wanted to do in life?
"For some people, they are led in the career that they end up in because of the environment they were brought up in. For me to in the field of education (college administration) as well as ministry, I am a product of my environment. My mother was heavy into education and my father is a retired educator as well as an AME pastor; therefore, out of the 6 of us, one of us was bound to fall into his footsteps and for 10 ten years I've been able to break into both fields. However, for most people, there is a strange feeling (passion) that overcomes them for the particular field that they desire to be in." Interviewed by Geoffrey Reid 08/07/08
