The Mr. PVAMU Pageant was the impetus for me to start the Mr. Collegiate Pageant. I helped to enhance the Mr. PVAMU Pageant back in 1986 and it is going strong today. Incidentally, I am the coach and mentor for Malcolm."

I am visionary and creative, having created the 100 Collegiate Women of America™ to empower women to greatness, The Collegiate 100, the Mr. Collegiate African American Scholarship Pageant™, the first of its kind created for Black Men, and men in general, the Miss American Plus Pageant™ , Ms. Collegiate Mom Pageant, and establishing the Black Country Music Association™ and the Jazz Music Association™. Established the Visions of Stardom™ Program for rising entertainers, co-created the PV Choice Awards™, co-created Texas Fashion Week™ and the P4 Investment Club™.
Founder and Chairman of the Board for 100 Collegiate Women of America™, a national organization, former Assistant Director, Career Services, Prairie View A&M University; Advisor to Students In Free Enterprise, founder of Frederick Douglass Leadership Institute, Collegiate 100, Career Apprentice and Collegiate Mom Pageant™, President and Founder of UNITAN Communications™, Ms. American Plus™ and Ms Collegiate USA™ Pageants, Black Country Music™ and Jazz Music Associations™.

To earn a PhD in Educational or Organization Leadership, become a Child Advocate, Entertainment Mogul and to earn lots of money to help others achieve their greatness.
Helping others achieve their dreams and goals; Assistant to the President of Prairie View A&M University and the Director of Student Activities. Developed entertainment programs which assisted and enhanced students in getting into the music and entertainment industry, e.g. Terry Ellis (Envogue), Chris Martin (DJ Premier), Ideal, Andre' Pitre, Beyonce (Destiny's child formerly Girls Tyme), Della Miles (Sisterella), Mary Ann Palmer, Miss Collegiate African American and Troy Hogan (Friday Night Lites), Loni Love (The Real), Norton Campbell (Vocalist), Ideal, Liz Vaughn (Vocalist), Teresa Scott (Joi), Cynthia and Sheila (Pretty Phatt). Founding president, producer and director for the Mr. Collegiate African American Scholarship Pageant (1990), the first of its kind in the world for Black Men. Also founder of the Jazz Music and the Black Country Music Associations™ (1989); Miss American Plus Pageant™ in 1988; Visions of Stardom™ 1989, Collegiate 100 for men in 1993, 100 Collegiate Women of America™ (2011). Served as the Sam Walton Fellow for Students In Free Enterprise - ENACTUS (1985), founding advisor to the Frederick Douglass Leadership Institute at PVAMU (2004).
Most Memorable Moment:
My most memorable moment in college was meeting and chatting with the Honorable Louis Farrakhan, meeting Rosa Parks, Ossie Davis, Ruby Dee, May Angelou, Tony Brown, Debby Allen, Dick Gregory, Julian Bond, Frankie Beverly and Maze, Prince, Gladys Knight, Natalie Cole, Stephanie Mills, Sinbad, Heavy D, George Clinton, Baby Face, Jocedi, Terry Lewis, Sounds of Blackness, Kashif, Bill Dollar Waller, and my graduation from college. Creating the Business of Entertainment Program for aspiring artists and performers.
