I am the Founder & CEO of 1868 Legacy, a heritage-inspired lifestyle brand rooted in the significance of 1868—the year of the 14th Amendment’s ratification and the founding of Hampton University. I am also the Founder & CEO of Savvy Diva, a company I launched after a successful corporate career to build purpose-driven brands aligned with culture, community, and impact.

I am the Founder of the Global Diversity Collaborative and the Diversity Academy Awards, initiatives dedicated to advancing inclusive leadership worldwide. My corporate background includes senior leadership roles in diversity, inclusion, and human capital strategy, including serving as Head of Diversity at the American Institute of Architects and as Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement at Arrow Electronics.
