Averri Liggins is a proud alumna of the illustrious Clark Atlanta University as a Political Science major. During her matriculation at Clark Atlanta University, Averri remained a Dean’s List Scholar and an active participant of the CAU community. She served on the SGA PR committee, a member of the NAACP, H.E.A.R.T., (Hearing Every Ache and Responding Thoroughly), and the Pre-Alumni Council where she was the Miss Pre-Alumni Council 2010-2011. At the of her sophomore year, Averri chartered the National Council of Negro Women, where she sat as President until her graduation in 2013. She also was honored with the title of Second Attendant to Miss Clark Atlanta University where she prided herself in continuing the legacy of those before her who walked in the “Spirit of Greatness.

Currently, Averri works in the Office of the Georgia Governor as the Business Operations Generalist after her promotion as a Chief of Staff Intern. Averri looks to further education by earning her Master’s Degree of Public Policy and Administration.
