I am an individual that believes all things are possible. I am a motivator and challenger for those persons around me. I believe that you have to work hard and strive for the things that you want.

How have you benefited from attending an HBCU?

Current Whereabouts:

I am currently teaching at Moates Elementary School and working on my administration certificate. In addition, I plan to apply to law school in a couple of years. Pray for me!!!

Life & Professional Aspirations:

In the future, I anticipate to become an administrator, college professor, and dean. In addition, I plan to receive my Ph.D. in Education and possibly continue to receive a J.D. in Educational Law.

After college, I became an educator that is proud to mold young individuals' minds.

Most Memorable Moment:

My first day of class in college; it was a little scary because I did not know what to expect.

High School: Tylertown High School in Tylertown, MS class of 2002

Activities & Accomplishments:

I was a member of the THS band, Student Council, FBLA, FCCLA, Yearbook Staff, PHM, French Club, and 4-H. My accomplishments included Mr. THS, Hall of Fame, and American Legion Scholar.

Best Memories:

I enjoyed the trip to Paris, France with my closest friends. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously, and I cherish those memories. This is because we have lost one friend to an automobile accident since then.
