I have recently earned my Bachelors of Science in business management from Hampton University. While my major was management I have also studied; marketing, human Resources, consulting and entrepreneurship. My ideal career would consist of using my business knowledge to interpret, implement and apply company polices to the organization. My responsibilities would include; organizational and employee development, succession planning, compensation, staffing, employee relations, performance management and corrective action.
Within my position I would successfully build rapport as well as influence and sustain credibility with executive leadership and management. I will act as a change agent in the development of solutions through organizational development, cultural and process oriented perspectives. I want to take responsibility for leading cross functional and cross business unit project teams. Assist in the development of processes. Coach and advice staff in addition to assisting the business leaders in their professional development. Assist executive leadership when making decisions related to people, resources and organization.
I would use my skills and educations to help leadership develop strategic goals, plans, provide solutions and alternatives in support of the business unit. Consult with management to address root causes of human resources and business performance issues. Resolve issues with a systemic approach to improve cycle time and productivity with focus on customer service and increasing revenue. Diligently work to meet customer/client needs. I would also identify issues and propose creative data driven solutions to impact the business.
