My graduation and crossing the burning sands of Alpha Phi Alpha

High School: Shelbyville High in Shelbyville, TX class of 1972

Activities & Accomplishments:

Grauater in Top Ten--Lettered in Basketball, Track for four years. One of the first blacks to integrate this school. Grauated at age 16.

Best Memories:

The uproar of a part that I played in a school play that required for the character to kiss the "lady" of the play---------she was white. The school staff didn't know what to do---One would have thought the world was about to end.
