I am a 19 year old rising sophomore at Claflin University. Currently in summer school in Sumter,SC and just waiting for school to start back in August.

Claim To Fame:

My claim to fame while in school is just to able to be at Clafin University. I am the first person in m immediate family to attend college. It is just a blessing to be in school. After college I plan to hopefully work at one of our fine HBCU institution in the financial aid department as a counselor.

Most Memorable Moment:

The most memorable event at Claflin would have to be the annual "Pride Day". This a saturday that you take out of the school year and help clean the local streets and yards of the homes around our school. It is so wonderful to see all the students, faculty, family, and friends take the time out to help the community. That was the first taste of working together with so many people to help make a difference.
