Kenneisha started performing as an on-air personality for Hampton University’s student radio station, WHOV 88.1 FM. After earning a BA in Journalism & Communications, she continued her career as an on-air personality for Dallas radio station, Heaven 97 KHVN. Her love of acting blossomed as a member and servant leader for the Drama Ministry at Friendship-West Baptist Church in Dallas, TX. Becoming a student of the craft, she began studying and performing in various theaters throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. Some of her previous stage credits include: Woman From the Town, Two Trains Running, Black Nativity, Company, Crowns, and Steel Magnolias. Represented by The Horne Agency, she branched from the stage into television, film, and voice-overs. She’s been featured on Investigation: Discovery Network, and completed various short films with BlueFish TV and SkitGuys. Her commercial credits include: Academy Sports + Outdoors, Taco Bueno, Texas Lottery, MetroPCS, JC Penney, American Heart Association, T-Mobile, and MaryKay. She’s even voiced ads for The Ogle School for Hair and Nails and The Renaissance Dallas Hotel. In 2014, Kenneisha will make her major motion picture debut as “Keri” in the feature film Rudderless, starring Selina Gomez and Laurence Fishburne.

Even more than performing, Kenneisha has a real passion for sharing her talent with the pint-sized performers of tomorrow! In addition to teaching and serving as drama leader for Friendship-West Baptist Church, she’s also worked with various non-profit organizations and summer programs in the area. She’s taught theater programs for TeCo Theatrical Productions, Big Thought Thriving Minds, and Junior Players.
