I am resilient and unrelenting in the quest of making the connection. My agency has been built on working with candidates interested in being measured by their performance and clients that understand the need to support this critical cadre of talent.

I display an artful ability of matching candidates with organizations ripe with possibilities, promise and promotion. An accomplished entrepreneur, possessing a solid corporate background in sales leadership, military service (United States Air Force) and belief in work/life balance.

Torin gives back to the community through personal resources and consistently donating time. Current Board appointments include the following: Community Law in Action (CLIA), Power Excel, and UrbanEd. He is a past Board Member of the Maryland Governors Workforce Investment Board.
