Head cheerleader in college; city-wide student volunteer of the year for working with youths
Most Memorable Moment:
Sharing a ride with Ruby Dee and Ossie Davis to the airport and discussing the local political climate and African American partcipation with them.
High School: Howard in Chattanooga, TN class of 1971
 
Activities & Accomplishments:
Valedictorian of a class of 400 students, co-head majorette, all class councils from fresman to senior classes.
Best Memories:
The Howard High Marching 100 marching in Atlanta as a show band at the Peach Bowl and having muddy water seep into my boots
