I’m Lolita Slater-Harris, a New Jersey based real estate strategist, financial educator, and executive accountability coach. As a proud HBCU alum of Virginia State University, I’m passionate about helping families build real wealth through property ownership, income protection, and smart money strategy. I blend mindset, execution, and community impact to move from survival mode to legacy status. Everything I do is rooted in ownership, financial literacy, and building generational wealth that outlives us.
Current Whereabouts:
Right now, I’m locked in on building wealth with intention. I’m growing Lavish Soul Enterprise™, mentoring women and families through real estate and financial strategy, and helping our community move from talking about ownership to actually owning something. As a proud HBCU alum, I’m big on legacy, leadership, and lifting as we climb. Outside of business, I’m into wellness resets, journaling to Neo Soul, strategic life planning, and making sure every move I make multiplies not just for me, but for the next generation.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
My aspiration is to build legacy that outlives me. Professionally, I’m focused on scaling my platform to help women own real assets, protect their income, and move with financial confidence. Personally, I’m committed to wellness, family, and becoming living proof that vision and discipline can change the trajectory of a bloodline.
