Phoebe Ivey, is a Professional Life Coach and Community Resource Specialist who works with clients to help them realize and achieve their work and life goals. She coaches for change and success by having her clients visualize their life in the big picture and apply that vision to small steps they can take today.


Phoebe¡¦s enthusiastic, multi-disciplined professional career highlighted by her progressive advancement and consistent achievement within government funded initiatives has positioned herself to be viewed in the community as a valuable resource. As a human service professional Phoebe has managed a diverse caseload of indigent, unemployed, and impoverished individuals. She works closely as a member of a multi-disciplinary team developing and implementing treatment plans and behavior management plans for the community including counseling, supporting, and monitoring youth with OCD, sexual, and self-abusive issues within a controlled environment.


Phoebe is resourceful and well-organized; skilled in activity planning, fund raising and task management. Her insightful and articulate personality made her a natural fit for leading community fund raising events. She has the ability to locate and coordinate volunteers, conduct extensive fund raising, and solicit donations from area businesses, organizations, and high-net worth individuals in order to maintain a high level of service to her clients. She has facilitated Women¡¦s Support Groups for women against domestic violence as well as the Women¡¦s Empowerment Group. Her attendance at local training and community fairs assisted in strengthening community involvement as well as her caseload. She has received donations from local vendors such as Lowe¡¦s and Wal-Mart. Elderly Community was nominated for local Hero's Project due to extensive outreach and partnership coordination.


Prior to human services and life coaching, Phoebe has a diverse background encompassing general and healthcare office administration, customer service, and accounting with collections and administrative duties. Phoebe works will under pressure and overcomes obstacles with the ability to handle the most demanding deadlines and competing priorities. She is well organized, self motivated, with a strong work ethic dedicated to achieving high personal standards. Her strong interpersonal skills used to inspire, coach and motivate subordinates, volunteers and a diverse client group has separated her from her peers. As an outgoing people person who relates effectively with various age groups and special population has enabled her to motivate her clients to obtain their goals. Phoebe has been recognized for her high degree of integrity when dealing with people at varying stages of life. She is proficient in sign language and Spanish. She currently attends University of Phoenix with a concentration in Human Service Management, projected graduation May 2013.
