In 2010, I joined the TMI team alongside Alvin Hartley. He began by introducing NYC high school guidance counselors and senior advisors to HBCU Bus Tours and College recruitment. Martin quickly advanced to Vice President of Membership Coordination of HBCULinkup.com. This phenomenal system allowed me the opportunity to expand my role as a high school informational recruiter while providing support and services to parents, teachers, colleges, and universities

Getting the word out in a systematic fashion for maximum saturation takes proper planning. (TMI) in concert with THEIR CLIENTS, will develop marketing and promotional campaigns that will utilize an effective series of strategies to deliver the message directly to the eyes, ears and consciousness of each targeted market.
