The SHEPHARD FAMILY ENTERPRISE is a black owned and operated organization that is dedicated to the well-being, development, strengthening and mental conditioning, of our black men and women within the inner city and surrounding communities.
We have established a network of black owned businesses who are dedicated in supporting and working together, by training, conditioning, and guiding young adults to prepare themselves for the explosion of opportunities that we will be creating by establishing a strong new black owned corporation.
The Shephard Family Enterprise consist of three organizations within its structure which are “Business Administration and Information Systems Consultants”, “Entertainment, Advertisement and Marketing Consultants”, and the “Construction, Engineering and Contracting Consultants”. Each of these suborganizations within the Shephard Family Enterprises are structure and designed to assist your business organization need to create, formulate and implement a successful business organization.
The SHEPHARD FAMILY ENTERPRISE Business Administration and Information Systems Consultants is the parent company that generate all orders and regulation standards to the sub-consulting partners of “Entertainment, Advertisement and Marketing Consultants” and “Construction, Engineering and Contracting Consultants”.

The SHEPHARD FAMILY ENTERPRISE is recruiting black business leaders educated by black colleges who have dedicated themselves to return to the black community with their knowledge in preparation to train other black youths to be future leaders through our efforts.
We encourage our youths who grow into mentally strong adults and remain in their communities as "Heroes", and encourage other young youths growing up behind them to again follow their lead instead of running out of their communities and abandoning children that will in return need their mentorship and guidance. This effort will lead our children in our communities to focus on other positive means of making money other than doing or indulging in criminal activities.
Our goal is to expand this objective to other inner city communities with its base located here in Detroit, Michigan and to encourage our youths to do the "Right Thing".
