I, Dr. Sherrell Pyles, is an organizational leadership professional, entrepreneur, educator, REALTORŽ and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience in higher education, student recruitment, outreach, and community engagement. I hold a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership, an MBA, and a bachelors degree in Black Studies. As Founder & CEO of Lethal Ball Players Sports Academy and an education consultant, I am committed to expanding access to higher education, increasing HBCU awareness, and empowering underserved students and families through education, mentorship, health and wellness, and community partnerships.
