30+ years in Federal Service, the last 16 at NASA, 14 of those as the Director of KSC ODEO, top 10 ratings in the Best Places to Work.org in the federal government since its inception most within the top 5 in the Support for Diversity criteria. Execeptional performance in Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey, ratings received from the teams I’ve led.

Leading a team is my superpower, coaching individuals to get the best out of them for the mission and for their personal career development. I believe an engaged, respected and supported employee is a force multiplier. Who will contribute more willingly if they truly feel valued.

Mission first, people always. I don’t do performative work, I maximize available resources, and collaborate broadly with peers for mutual success.
