Participated in a year long program as a Veterinary Science Student my senior year of high school. I learned about diseases, symptoms, treatment and preventative measure for each species; Animal nutrition, genetics, behavior and training; Origin of various animal species; and office functions, and professional and ethical standards.

Life & Professional Aspirations:

My goal is to become a veterinarian and to be the proprietor of an animal clinic. This career will require eight years of education to include a bachelor and doctor of veterinary medicine degree. I am also seeking a summer internship in the animal science field or related areas.
