Developing applications for the prison system which was implemented in 18 prisons and I had to physically do it - Mindhunter, the TV show on Netflix brought back memories of that experience and even now it gives me an Adrenaline rush.

As the CIO, I head the global IT department with teams in the US, Mexico, Philippines, Bulgaria, and India. Strategic Technology Planning: As part of the executive leadership team, developed and executed a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals. Led several large Digital Transformation efforts, implementation of a new ERP/CRM system with advanced Data-driven Marketing, Automated Customer Service, HR Management, and Accounting/Finance modules, Cloud Migration, Data Analytics, and Automation. Cost Savings and Optimization: Being responsible for P&L, implemented cost-saving measures by outsourcing software development, Service Desk, and Support functions resulting in an overall reduction of 40% in personnel costs. Innovation and Technology Adoption: Spearheaded the adoption of emerging technologies, such as cloud computing, AI, and Automation leading to improved business processes. Security and Compliance: Strengthened Cybersecurity measures by creating an IT security team responsible for better monitoring, compliance, and incident response that resulted in reduced exposure to incidents and litigation.
