Throughout the years as a Strategic Change Management Leader, I have been integral to procurement and sourcing strategies that have resulted in multi-million-dollar cost savings, as well as organizational transformations. While utilizing strategic partnerships, I have been able to negotiate and manage contracts to ensure streamlined processes. It is imminent that I stay ahead of efficiency gaps, which has led to productive change management efforts.

As a leader of senior level direct reports and responsibility of 900+ suppliers, I am constantly utilizing strategic leadership skills to develop transparency and increase productivity. It is my passion to lead others and influence growth through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, encouraging best practices and sourcing success.
