Manage and lead cross functional teams and stakeholders (Engineering, Design, Testing, Marketing) to oversee product development form inception to implementation  Prepare roadmap and test plan for various projects such strategic Samsung flagship models, Dev models/products while managing Operating System upgrade for existing models/products  Plan and execute test plan for new hardware and software products  Setup and update department operation manual and define the role for each team within product/project leads team  Responsible of Mobile Phone/Tablet road map development and manage project requirement  Manage projects using SharePoint, Jira, PLM and similar project management sites  Participated and led the lunch of over 30+ Samsung Products including but not limit to Galaxy S24, S22 and multiple tablets  Use data visualization tools to analyze KPI to report data to leadership and prepare presentation  Meet the most aggressive deadlines in most projects  Review SW release note and determine the scope for each project  Highly experienced with Software testing methodology including but not limit to Function, Regression, A/B testing  Assess project risk and manage resources  Guide and work with test teams throughout the project  Ability to modify Python test case to fit the need of specific test case scenario  Review New Features and New Carrier requirements and assign test scope to required testing teams  Good understanding of 4G/5G topology, architect and field Testing  Perform Interoperability test (IOT) and drive test for 4G LTE and 5G (Sub6/ MMWave) on mobile phones and tablets including (NR <> LTE mobility, NR <>NR mobility, NR attach/detach, multi-spilt bearer)  FOTA, OTA and SW upgrade experience  Working knowledge of QXDM, XCal, Wireshark and similar testing tools  Using manual and automation tools to execute functional, exploratory and stress tests  Provide first hand analysis to Device issues such as call drop, low data T-Put, attach/detach issues  Raise critical issues for further analysis and follow up with regression  Interact with R&D and provide support for issues raise to launched products  Provide training, in depth guide with all testing scopes, procedures and tools for new hires or contractors  Develop, write and execute test plans  Follow carrier testing standards and requirements such as 16038, 16411, 10776 for ATT models  Track project issues include system issues, device issues and network issues history and KPI (data collection and comparison)  Write Technical Reports and host presentation to address different audiences (leaders, customers, etc)  Participate and hold new technology seminars and stay up to date with telecommunication standards  Hold and present a kickoff meeting to underline the aspect of each new project (Phone, Tablet, etc)  Assume over all role project/model lead in MQL to oversee project life cycle from Development stage all the way to market (life cycle of models)  Good understanding of 3GPP protocol document and fundamental knowledge of 5G NR standards  Proficiency using MS office tools (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point)  Working knowledge using data analysis tools  Highly experienced in providing technical support in a customer driven environment
