I have spent the past four years working with people. I started as a section leader in high school for two years( Junior and Senior years). I had to teach other students songs and routines within a short time frame. My time in high school taught me the importance of appropriately communicating with my team. During my first year in college, I tutored students after band practice. I also guided students to places where they could get help so their college experience would be smoother.
