 As a Personal Shopper at Walmart, I’m responsible for carefully picking and preparing customer orders placed online through the Walmart app or website. I make sure every item is high-quality, accurate, and meets customer preferences, including managing substitutions when needed. I work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail, especially during high-volume hours. This role has strengthened my time management, decision-making, and multitasking skills. I’ve also learned how to work behind the scenes to support great customer service and ensure a smooth pickup and delivery process.
