I’m a first-generation college student at Grambling State University, currently in my junior year pursuing a career in business and social media marketing. Alongside my studies, I run my own hair business to support myself through school and gain hands-on entrepreneurial experience. I plan to launch a clothing line that empowers young women to look and feel their best while also managing multiple businesses in the future.

Current Whereabouts:

Right now, I’m really into perfecting my craft in social media marketing, growing my hair business, and planning the launch of my clothing line. I’m also focused on personal growth, networking, and finding new ways to stay creative and inspired while finishing my degree.

Life & Professional Aspirations:

My ultimate goal is to become a successful business and social media marketing manager while building multiple streams of income through my own ventures. I plan to continue growing my hair business and launch a clothing line that motivates and empowers young women to always look and feel their best for themselves. Beyond entrepreneurship, I aspire to inspire other first-generation college students to chase their dreams fearlessly and create opportunities for themselves.

My claim to fame in college is being the girl who’s making it happen on all levels balancing being a first generation college student, running my own hair business to fund my education, and building the foundation for my future as a social media marketing manager and entrepreneur. I’m known for staying focused on my goals while still inspiring other girls to chase their dreams and look their best doing it.

Most Memorable Moment:

One of my most memorable college moments was taking my friends to our different games in other states so we could experience life beyond campus. It gave us the chance to see new places, meet new people, and expand our minds with fresh perspectives and creativity.
