My professional journey in the technology field began with a Technician internship for Prince George's County Public Schools. I was repairing between twenty to thirty Chromebooks a day, replacing the screen, battery, keyboard, and reinstalling the OS. My next internship was withy the Office of the Attorney General of the District of Columbia as an IT intern. It was an IT support performed hardware and software troubleshooting, unjammed printers, and reinstalled Windows on many computers for new use. I also spearheaded an inventory project to account for all of the technology given out to employees. I have devoted my time to improving my knowledge and understanding of the IT field, improving my problem solving skills, and working better with a group to accomplish a task.
