About   (request update)
Current Whereabouts:
I love to read and have deep conversations about what I have read. I like having deep conversations regardless of the topic, especially about readings. I like to try new things and travel because you only live once. I love to learn about history and the government, especially if it’s hands on or discussion based learning.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
I want to do community service as well as be a judge. My unrealistic goal is to be a supreme court justice, but never say never. I just want to help people overall, especially when it comes to social change.
Education   (request update)
Howard University class of 2029
Undergrad Major: Political Science
Claim To Fame:
I am a freshman, so the whole experience is new to me, but my plan is just to get out there and to balance my work. I plan to join many different organizations like debate and model UN, and I have already been acquainted with some students at an outreach church that is connected to my university. A lot of students that go to Howard also go to the outreach church and they host events on campus. I plan to incorporate what I have taken from the classroom and incorporate it into my future career as a judge someday. I am looking at internships for judges to gain experience and to know the ins and outs early. I want to do community service while I work, so I know that being at Howard will help me foster that routine early.
Most Memorable Moment:
So far my memorable moments has to be at the outreach events. We had field day recently and we played tug- of- war, kickball, relay races, and so much more. We were by the park, so me and some of the girls I met were spinning around and climbing on the playground. It was dark by then, but it was so much fun. As much as people say that being away from home is scary, they don’t tell you the fun parts of the new found freedom that you get. I miss my family, but it gets better each time I’m out making friends or talking with the ones I know.
