As a professional, I have obtained over 4 years of customer service and seeking positions relating to customer service/public relations career growth. I have experience in journalism and advertising also. I specialize in writing press releases, media releases, and I have experience in most technology based programs in the area of customer service. As a professional, I have assisted customers with the most difficult problems. Also, I am professional with experience in the staffing/recruitment field and would like to obtain a position in the staffing area with a position to grow professionally.
