Over twenty years experience in business process improvement and performance improvement applications, technical consulting, and project management. Breakthrough results in developing, leading, and supporting cross-functional teams in process and performance improvement, lean management system implementation, and change management to grow sales and profit, lower cost, and advance business objectives. Excellent communication skills, coupled with business practicality, have led to over 100 successful process improvement projects.
