Experience
I currently work with Natalie Cindy as Merchandising Execution Associate
I have 2 years of experience working in the industry.
Behavioral Aide | P.A.L Center
From June 2024 to Current • 2 year(s)
Worked with autistic children during the summer, assisting in educating the students, also preparing meals, and providing a safe environment for the children in P.A.L center.
Merchandising Execution Associate | Home Depot
From July 2026 to August 2026 • 0 year(s)
Home Depot's MET (Merchandising Execution Team) associates are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and appearance of the store's product displays and shelving. Their work includes rearranging shelves, fixtures, and product placement according to corporate planograms whenever Home Depot rolls out new merchandising layouts or seasonal changes, as well as installing and updating price tags, promotional signage, and product labels to keep them consistent with current pricing and promotions. They also ensure products are stocked in the correct location, properly faced, and that shelf tags match the actual items on display. Because the role often involves using ladders, order pickers, or other equipment to reach high shelving, associates follow safety protocols closely and work to keep aisles safe and accessible. They also help identify and correct discrepancies between what's on the shelf and what the inventory system shows, supporting overall inventory accuracy. The job is physically demanding, requiring lots of standing, bending, climbing, and lifting — sometimes 40+ pounds — often for full shifts.
Retail Associate/ Cashier | Red, White, and Blue Thrift Stores
From May 2026 to July 2026 • 0 year(s)
Retail/cashier associates at Red, White, and Blue thrift store are responsible for providing friendly, efficient customer service while keeping the sales floor organized and running smoothly. Their work includes operating the cash register to process purchases, handle cash and card transactions, and issue receipts accurately, as well as greeting customers and answering questions about pricing, promotions, and store policies. They also assist with sorting, pricing, and restocking donated merchandise, ensuring items are properly tagged, displayed, and organized throughout the store. Because thrift stores rely heavily on high volumes of incoming donations, associates often help unload and process new inventory, straighten racks and shelves, and keep fitting rooms and displays tidy throughout the shift. They may also be responsible for opening or closing register drawers, balancing cash totals, and following loss-prevention procedures. The role requires strong communication and multitasking skills, along with the physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift and carry merchandise (sometimes 20–30+ pounds), and move quickly between the register and sales floor during busy periods.
