I am currently focused on my studies in public health, learning more about women’s and maternal health, serving my community, building leadership skills, mentoring others, and preparing for a career in healthcare where I can make a meaningful impact.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
My goal is to graduate from Xavier University of Louisiana with my degree in science. To become a certified midwife and a registered nurse, and soon a Nurse Practitioner. I am dedicated in improving health outcomes in underserved communities. I aspire to provide compassion, culturally competent care, advocate for health equity, and one day own and operate a maternal health clinic that serves minority women and low-income families. Through healthcare, education, and community outreach, I hope to create lasting positive change and help reduce health disparities.
