Kenyatte Hughes is an operations and program management professional with over a decade of experience leading teams, building community partnerships, and directing multi-site programs across the nonprofit, public safety, and event sectors. He currently serves as a Peace Officer at Columbia University and founded the Five Borough Presidents Basketball Tournament, uniting all five NYC Borough Presidents' offices around a single annual event. Earlier, he spent 18 years building the Soul Tigers Marching Band in East New York from the ground up, mentoring dozens of young people and securing a partnership with Tommy Hilfiger and Vogue. He is completing a BBA in Management at Morehouse College and founded MBS, a motivational clothing brand and movement.
