Current Whereabouts:
Currently, I am in to the finance industry, basketball culture, fashion, campus culture at an HBCU, networking, and making an impact within my community. The area that I would like to focus on in order to become successful is the development of skills as a student leader, increasing knowledge about wealth management and alternative investments, and linking career goals to community outreach.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
The ultimate goal of my life and future career is to be a wealth manager for professional athletes who just got drafted into the sport, helping them to make good financial decisions in the very beginning of their careers and to establish generation wealth. This means to combine my expertise in the field of finance, my skills as a leader, and my passion about making an impact within communities in order to help athletes to adjust to their new lifestyle with all its financial implications of investments, budgeting, branding, and life outside of sports. In addition, I want to live in New York city since it will provide me with the opportunity to develop my career in one of the best financial markets in the world and have a career which is based on impact, diversity, and financial empowerment.

Claim To Fame:
My claim to fame in college is being a motivated leader who makes sure that my involvement leads to results. In Morgan State University, I have held three executive board positions, am a member of the Finance Department, and partake in organizations that provide me with an opportunity to lead, serve, and advocate on behalf of my peers. I received two awards for leadership and impact in my college life. I feel proud of making a difference in the Morgan community from each of my positions. Outside of college, I am the Founder and CEO of Project Primacy Foundation, where service, sports, and mentoring open doors for disadvantaged youth. On the professional side, I am building my financial foundations through internships such as the AltFinance Fellowship, SEO Career Fellowship, a Goldman Sachs spring internship, and my current internship with BDO USA. College years were a blend of leadership, service, motivation, and desire to be the best version of myself as well as help other people to do so.
Most Memorable Moment:
The most memorable experiences at Morgan State University have been those in which I’ve felt Morgan State molding me into the woman I wanted to be all along. Being here has restored me to confidence, purpose and community. I remember wandering around campus, attending various functions and meeting people who looked like me, who understood me and felt like the place I was meant to be all along. Some of my best memories include helping out with basketball events, making true friends, laughing with people I now consider my community and experiencing the essence of what I had always dreamed of at an HBCU. Morgan State has challenged me outside my comfort zone, allowed me to discover my voice and taught me that I can be a leader in rooms that once intimidated me.
