Favour Odetola is a Chemistry major at Morgan State University with strong laboratory and formulation experience. She has completed cosmetic science intensives, university research studies, and hands‑on formulation projects focused on product stability, emulsions, and ingredient functionality. Passionate about beauty science and representation in STEM, she aims to pursue graduate study in cosmetic science and contribute to product development for Black women in the beauty and personal care industry.
Current Whereabouts:
Cosmetic science, product formulation, and chemistry lab work. I’m currently exploring beauty science through hands‑on formulation events, chemistry club activities, and research studies at Morgan State University. I’m also deeply involved in Bethel Campus Fellowship, where I’ve found community, growth, and leadership opportunities.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
I aspire to become a cosmetic chemist and develop innovative beauty and haircare products that support and represent Black women. My goal is to pursue graduate study in cosmetic science and work in research and development within the beauty or personal care industry. Long‑term, I hope to combine science, creativity, and cultural representation to create products that make people feel confident, cared for, and seen.
