As a Youth Development Staff Member at Developing K.I.D.S., I supported the growth and success of young people by creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment. I mentored students, assisted with educational programs, and worked closely with a class of 4th grade students to help strengthen their academic skills, encourage positive behavior, and build their confidence both inside and outside the classroom.
