I am a Psychology student with experience in both residence life and the beauty industry. As a Resident Assistant at Virginia State University, I have developed leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and community-building skills by supporting students and creating engaging programs. In addition, my experience at Hair Vyce Studios has strengthened my customer service, professionalism, and ability to build lasting relationships with clients in a fast-paced environment.
