I am currently a junior at Bowie State University. I live in Alex Haley Hall and I am a member of the National Association of Black Accountants I reside in Calvert County, Maryland.

Claim To Fame:

After graduation I would like to travel for a little while. Then I would like to work at a large accounting firm. I would like to experience all the different aspect of accounting gradually working my way up. I plan on either being partner of an accounting firm or having my own business. I have no problem with work my way to the top. I also plan to be a Certified Public Accountant within two years of my graduation.

Most Memorable Moment:

A memorable event is when Cornell West came to Bowie State. He talked about his experiences and struggles in life and how he prevails through them. He lets you know that it is ok to be good, but why be good when you can be great. By the end of the time you were in there you felt like there was so much you could do to improve in your life, in your brothers and sisters lives and in your community. Stop putting each other down and help build someone up. Once you get to the top or where you would like to be, extend an open arm to help someone else.
