Claim To Fame:
The purpose of this email is to allow me the opportunity to express my desire to work with your company. I am strongly interested in this area because it is where my expertise and qualifications are according to my college majors as well as my ultimate focus. Knowledge and understanding about the origin and foundation of products are very important especially, when one has to adjust merchandise to a diverse audience. The correlation between marketing techniques and product development is essential to the appeal and acceptance of products. It is delightful to have customers admire you products, but it is much more rewarding to have them captivated with emotion and feelings about your products. Utilizing marketing strategies and product development research can birth this creation. Ten years from now, I would love to be working with your company as an instrumental person involved in continuing to move products forward with the expectation and appeal which would guarantee complete satisfaction from old and new customers. Furthermore, by encouraging innovation throughout the chemical industry and utilizing alternative methods toward production should show positive results toward yearly goals. I also believe by discovering new techniques in product development the marketing status in this industry will be greatly influenced because of the guaranteed enhancement of customer satisfaction, which is the main objective for most businesses. Like my favorite German proverb states, “He who is afraid of doing too much always does too little." Making this concept work is not just a job for me - this line of work is my life's passion and dream. I am willing to invest long hours with commitment, dedication, creativity and becoming a team player to assist in achieving the company's goals.
Most Memorable Moment:
I am a recent Biomedical Engineering graduate student of Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, NY. Prior to attending Polytechnic University, I completed my undergraduate work in Chemical Engineering at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. As an undergraduate I was accepted to a three-month internship with 3M in Minnesota. During my training at 3M, I acquired a higher quality of scientific assessing and evaluating experiments. Also, I learned how to step out of ones comfort zone to achieve ultimate company goals and be an effective team player. 3M Corporation afforded me the opportunity to be creative in developing solutions, and dealing with situations that did not always apply to classroom knowledge. This solution and response format of discussion assisted me to become more mature professionally and personally. I gained a wealth of knowledge about the chemical production process and networking. Thanks to the support and cooperation of the staff, I was able to discover a more optimal processing latex viscosity for their Controltac paper.
