Claim To Fame:
At the wonderful age of 34, it is just wonderful to finally finish my dream of a degree in Psychology. While also being a full time student, I am working with a wonderful organization, People in Partnership, Houston, Texas, on a project called RIO (Reaching Inside Out). The project target women who are moving from welfare to work.
Most Memorable Moment:
Dr. Lomas or also known as "Uncle Ronnie" has been a major influence in my life. Although he is in the department of Communications, his life stories and wonderful commitment to the students is the reason why I choose to finish my degree at a HBCU.
