About   (request update)
I am a fast learner that enjoys discovering new things and applying strategic thinking to real life situations. I am willing to learn any new skills in both team and independent settings. I also have the ability to provide and interpret interdisciplinary approaches not only reflected by my PhD, but by life experience as well. During the completion of my doctoral degree research I served as my own leading principle investigator which included management, technical competence, and leadership as key features in my successful research strategizing. As with any research there were challenging situations that were quickly identified and fixed to develop a coding application to facilitate the construction of a mixed reality training environment in addition to developing appropriate research material (sound and 3D graphical integration, surveys, performance checks, test) through preliminary testing. All research tasks were completed with minimal to no assistance and without supervision within a timely manner. Additionally due to downsizing within the university, there were limited advisement resources available in my current research area that could assist me with my research interest, which required me to handle all management tasks very earlier within my doctoral studies. Also I personally identified, designed, scheduled, pilot tested, and finally evaluated the final self-developed software application and assessment tools on human participants to successfully obtain my doctorate.
