I am currently a junior at NC A&T SU. My major is classified as Business Education with a concentration in Administrative Systems. I am also minoring in Psychology. I am right here, right now, making the best of today, working towards a bright future.

Claim To Fame:

I'm not really the one to seek fame but I have grabbed the spotlight. As a means of expressing myself and my emotions, I began writing in middle school. I am being featured in the upcoming Robeson Poetry Slam at my university. My goals are to present my piece with confidence and enthusiasm. More than anything else, I hope to reach at least one individual in the audience with my message. Becoming a young person's hero would be my claim to fame.

Most Memorable Moment:

The most memorable person/event I have witnessed since attending A&T would be the year Judge Mathis visited. His speech was nothing short of phenomenal. He spoke about many issues concerning black men and women today. Armed with a barrage of statistics and reality checks, Mathis definitely made an impact on my perspective on life. My attendance began as an assignment for a speech class, and became and enjoyable learning experience. I was definitely inspired to reach out and help others in my community struggling to make things happen for themselves.
